We recognize your right to privacy at Page County Federal Savings.  Information is critical to provide certain services, and the safekeeping of that information is a top priority.

We collect information necessary to properly conduct our business, which is to provide a service to our customers in the areas of deposits and loans.  Procedures are in place to ensure that information is accurate, current, and complete, in keeping with reasonable commercial standards.  We pledge to respond to requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.

 

3. RESTRICTIONS ON DISCLOSURE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We do not reveal specific information about your account(s) or other personally identifiable data to parties outside our institution for their independent use unless: 1) you request or authorize it; 2) the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you; 3) the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; or 4) the disclosure otherwise is lawfully permitted or required.

4. SECURITY PROCEDURES 

                Appropriate standards and procedures are in place to restrict unauthorized access to customer information.  Institution employees are trained to understand the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy.  Employees who violate these responsibilities will be subject to disciplinary measures.
